To get the best kind of meat for your next bbq, go to the supermarket and talk to the butcher. Try to get a cut of meat off a younger animal, as older animals produce tougher meat.  Don't neccesarily shop for prepackaged meats.

You are here because you need some kind of barbecue recipe for your next grilling, right? That's where we come into play. We are constantly scouring the net, and accepting user submissions for great bbq recipes. And not just any barbeque recipe either. We're not going to just add a ton of rib barbcue recipes and flood the database. Instead, we've set up rating and comment systems and will constantly see what kind of barbecue recipes are in the dataase.

Whether you need a good hamburger recipe, beef brisket recipe, or some kind of grilled bbq fish recipe, check out databse. Our listing of great recipes extends only into the area of grilling and barbecuing. Soon, we'll even add listings of grill reviews so that you can do research of which bbq grill is worth cooking on. Not all grills were made the same. Check the database too, for awesome marinades, bbq rubs, and barbecue sauces!

Go ahead and access the recipes on the left menu, and even add your own. We're always looking for another barbecue recipe that will enhance our database. Tell your friends, and print out our recipes - it doesn't get any easier!

Barbecue Roasted Salmon Recipe

1/4 c pineapple juiceImage
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets

2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp grated lemon rind
3/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Cooking spray
Lemon wedges (optional)

Combine first 3 ingredients in a ziploc plastic bag, seal and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning occasionally.   Combine the last 6 ingredients and set aside.  Once salmon is finished marinading, rub dry ingredient mixture on the fillets and grill to desired meat temperature.
