Throw-Together Crockpot Pork Roast

Of course it was the name which attracted me to this recipe. That, plus the fact that I had a nice pork butt in the refrigerator. I want to tell you this recipe turned out divinely. I had it for a dinner with mashed potatoes (could also use noodles) to sop up the gravy. I also shredded some of the pork for a lovely warm pork sandwich. This recipe was posted on TOH by Qagal. Besides pork butt you can use pork shoulder in this recipe. Do not use pork loin however; it is too lean and the flavor is just not the same. -- posted by Lorraine of AZ

Berries and Cream Oatmeal

Not exactly a recipe, but a quick and tasty snack/meal idea! I use jelly in place of real fruit because it is sweet, so there is no need to add extra sugar. -- posted by Fiona F.
